Back River Community Science Training Day

Please note: this event is intended for residents of the Back River Watershed. We hope to add more community water sampling days soon!

A Community Science Program by Blue Water Baltimore and the Back River Restoration Committee.

Do you have a favorite spot you like to recreate on the water?

Learn how pollutants are entering your waterways and collect a sample to be analyzed in Blue Water Baltimore’s community science lab. Results will be shared within 36 hours of collection time.

Please make sure you can attend both events:

Training Day: May 11th, 12:30pm-1:30 pm
Collection Day: May 25th, 8:30-12:30pm

Both events will be held at Cox’s Point Park: 820 Riverside Drive. Essex, MD 21211
